Grazing Tables & Boards
Each booking includes your own "Blooming Feast food stylist" who will come to you, where ever your event. They will bring and set up an array of beautiful locally sourced produce and nibbles which will take approximately 1-3 hours (subject to size)
*Table must be provided in a cool/undercover area away from direct sunlight, an air-conditioned room is recommended during summer.
We understand that every persons needs are different, that's why all of our tables are unique and no two are the same. We can cater for small intimate gathering to large luscious affairs.
Our tables start at $350, with a minimum order of 10 people.

All tables include native foliage and tableware!
We have a stunning array of tableware & props which we will use to style your event. Some of these items include wooden cheese boards, wooden boxes, ceramic bowls, cheese knives, vases, crystal, cheese domes, sterling silver, copper, marble and gold pieces.
You can either choose a style for your event or let us create a style for you, with our stunning array of tableware items & props.
Cheese Wheel Cake
If you are looking to wow your guests and leave a lasting impression why not enquire about our beautiful Cheese Wheel Tower Cakes.
We will work with you taking your vision and budget on board to incorporate a truly magical Cheese Wheel Cake into your grazing table.
Swing Table Hire - $150
Impress your guests with a memorable swing table. Great for those wanting to 'wow their guests with a point of difference.
This table can cater for up to 50-80 guests grazing.
*floral arrangements are not included
We are here to ensure your memorable experience is just perfect for you and your guests! If you need extra props or even a table to set up on why not hire from us. Below are a few of the things we offer. If you need something thats not listed that's ok just ask and we will be more than happy to help if we can.

Terms & Conditions
Bookings & Cancellations
50% deposit at the time of your booking
25% of the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made 4 weeks or more prior to the event
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 4 weeks prior to the event
Full payment must be paid 5 days prior to the event
Travel fees apply for all events, these are an additional fee to the grazing table.
$80 = Geelong, Bellerine Peninsula, Morning Peninsula, Yarra Valley and surrounding areas
This fee will be refunded at the conclusion of your event, so long as all of the tableware and props are in their original condition, accounted for, cleaned and placed into the supplied storage tub. Tableware / Props include but are not limited to...wooden cheese boards, wooden boxes, ceramic bowls, cheese knives, vases, crystal, cheese domes, sterling silver, copper, marble and gold pieces.
Tableware Collection Fee (optional)
Blooming Feast will collect all tableware from your event venue the following day for the fee above. Alternatively, you can return all items to Seaholme (Altona) within 4 days of the conclusion of the event, free of charge.

Please be aware that our grazing tables and boards are an array of seasonal, premium quality produce which is subject to availability.
